1. Outline: The Outline function was not working on lines created with more than two vertices and has been fixed.
2. Biped: Biped Figure Mode files ( .fig ) were not being initialized correctly and saving then reloading a .fig file could corrupt it so it could no longer be opened and has been fixed.
xxx This hot fix is cumulative and contains all previous hot fixes.
